You are eligible to apply for Home Fire Protection if you are:

- A Fully Verified GCash User

How do I file a claim for Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL)?
To file a claim for Compulsory Third Party Liability, secure the following required claim documents:
- Copy of Car Registration and Official Receipt
- Copy of Driver’s License and Official Receipt
- Police Report and/or Affidavit of Loss or Accident Report Form
- Third Party Bodily Injury Claim
- Receipts of Medicine of the Victim
- Hospital Bills
- Birth Certificate (if minor)
- Third-Party Death Claim
- Death certificate of the victim
- Funeral expense receipts
- Marriage Contract (if married)
- Birth Certificate (if minor or single) Please note that the review of the claim will only star
Note: The review of the claim will only start once you have submitted all the required claim documents. FPG Insurance will contact you if they require any additional information and/or document(s).
Approved claims will have the settlement amount disbursed in the GCash account or nominated bank account of the third-party claimant.

Can I buy Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) for someone else?
You cannot buy a policy for someone else directly.
How many policies can I buy?
You can only buy one (1) policy within the year.
When will my Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) coverage start?
To coincide with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) requirement, we shall coincide your coverage with your vehicle unit’s plate ending

When will the policy be issued/delivered?
FPG Insurance will issue an e-Policy and send it to your registered email address within 24 hours after you have completed the application process and payment. The ePolicy will be in PDF format and is readily printable. You may also view your policy on the Policy Page of your GInsure home page.
Can I cancel my policy?
You may cancel your policy within fifteen (15) days after you receive your policy. You can e-mail FPG Insurance Customer Care at phcustomercare@fpgins.com to cancel your policy. We shall process your premium refund exclusive of Documentary Stamps within fifteen (15) business days.
How do I pay for my insurance?
FPG Insurance will automatically deduct the amount for payment from your GCash wallet on the premium due date. Please make sure you have enough balance in the GCash wallet to keep your policy active.
What happens if LTO did not accept my insurance?
This is a valid and authenticated confirmation of cover which is accepted by all LTO branches. But if for instance that an LTO branch did not accept this insurance, please do the following:

Request for a denial letter from LTO stating their non-acceptance of policy
