Receive crypto via GCrypto

Here's how you can receive crypto:

1. On the GCash App, View All
2. Tap GCrypto 
3. Tap on your desired crypto 
4. Tap Receive
   Share the QR Code or the Public Key to the sender
5. Note: Please make sure the sender is sending via the right network (e.g. sending BTC if in the Bitcoin network)
6. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction in your email

Need more help?

Your crypto might not have reflected in your GCrypto wallet due to:

• The sender may have inputted the wrong GCrypto wallet address
• The sender might have selected the wrong blockchain network
• The sender did not input the correct destination tag
• The Blockchain network is congested/slow thus the transactions may be delayed
