Your crypto might not have reflected in your GCrypto wallet due to:
- The sender inputting the wrong GCrypto wallet address
- The sender might have selected the wrong blockchain network
- The sender did not input the correct destination tag
- The Blockchain network is congested/slow thus the transactions may be delayed
If the information is correct but your crypto still did not reflect in your GCrypto Wallet, submit a ticket and include the amount, date of transaction, and reference number so that we can assist you.
Note: Use your GCash-registered email address when submitting a ticket to receive updates or follow up on your ticket. You can check your tickets via the GCash app by tapping Profile > Help.
