Top up or withdraw from your GCrypto Trading Wallet

Note: To view your crypto assets, tap See More on your GCrypto Dashboard.

The GCrypto Trading Wallet is a wallet separate from your GCash wallet. It allows you to convert PHP to crypto, or vice versa. 

You cannot transfer or buy crypto directly with your GCash Wallet. You must first top up your GCrypto Trading Wallet and use those funds to buy crypto.

GCrypto Trading Wallet Limits

The following transaction limits apply to your GCrypto Trading Wallet:

Note: You can top up or withdraw from your GCrypto Trading Wallet as long as you do not exceed your GCash limits or GCrpyto Trading Wallet limits as stated above.

Top up your GCrypto Trading Wallet

1. On the GCash App, tap View All 
2. Tap GCrypto
   Tap Top Up 
3. Enter the amount you wish to top up and tap Continue
4. Review your details then tap Pay 
5. You will now see the confirmation screen of your successful top-up to your GCrypto Trading Wallet

Withdraw from your GCrypto Trading Wallet

1. On the GCash App, tap View All 
2. Tap GCrypto
3. Tap Withdraw
4. Enter your desired amount and tap Continue
5. Enter the OTP sent to your GCash registered number and tap Submit
6. You will now see the confirmation screen of your successful withdrawal from your GCrypto Trading Wallet

Need more help?

You may have problems with your GCrypto top-up or withdrawal transaction if:

• You have insufficient funds in your GCash account.  
• You have exceeded your outgoing GCash limits. 
• You are not receiving your One-Time-Pin (OTP).
• The system may be under downtime. Please try accessing your GCrypto again after a few hours
• Your account is locked, thus, your top-up or withdrawal is disabled

If you didn't receive your GCrypto transaction, it will be automatically credited to/from your GCash wallet within 2 business days. If you're encountering an error message or still can't top up or withdraw, click here to report the issue so that we can check on your transaction.
